Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by te37, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the te37 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and te37 as the platform provider. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be taken as your acceptance of those changes. te37 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

The te37 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use is solely for personal entertainment purposes.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

To use te37's services, you are required to register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. te37 reserves the right to verify the information provided and to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false or incomplete details.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account active. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any refund of existing balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone
• Use a strong and unique password for your te37 account
• Notify te37 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Te37 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account as a result of your own negligence.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions

Te37 users are required to use this platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. Various usage rules are in place to ensure the platform remains safe and fair for all users.

The following are strictly prohibited on the te37 platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, or unauthorised tools to access or manipulate the platform
• Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, or exploit technical bugs for unauthorised gain
• Using another person's account without authorisation, or sharing your account with others
• Money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity
• Abusing bonus or promotion systems in ways not intended by te37
• Any action that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and in serious cases, legal action.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the te37 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to them personally. te37 reserves the right to request identity verification or proof of fund source before processing any transaction.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, recognised e-wallets, and other local Malaysian payment methods listed on the platform at the relevant time. te37 does not accept payments through unauthorised or unrecognised methods.

For withdrawals, users must use the same method used for deposit or a method approved by te37. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and are subject to change from time to time. Users are advised to check the current limits in their account settings before making any transaction.

Te37 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers during the deposit or withdrawal process. All decisions relating to confirmed transactions are final.

Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

Te37 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to meet verification requirements, or at the request of a relevant authority. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the account balance may be frozen until the investigation is concluded.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the te37 support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the established procedures, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Te37 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, financial losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, technical service disruptions, or any circumstances beyond te37's control. te37's maximum liability to any user is limited solely to the verified account balance.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, brand names, and other materials on the te37 platform are the exclusive property of te37 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials without prior written consent from te37.
